Anyone had problems with engine stalling when attempting to go from part throttle at about 60 miles per hour to near or wide open throttle such as a passing or race situation? This has happened to me 2 times now both times after racing at WOT for extended periods of time.Engine shutdown occurs after I cruise for a while then go to hit it again. It is almost like running out of fuel.I have to come to a complete stop then it restarts with no problems,no power loss. The engine does not shut down during WOT runs but only after I cruise for awhile after a run when I go to hit it.I have a 4lb pulley, cone filter, superchips, boost bypass--no codes stored.---Whats up?

Sounds like a loose chip install and tape it again. That is the only reason I have ever seen a truck die on the road.

That used to happen to me all the time, but probably for different reasons. You dont need to come to a complete stop. Just put it in N, turn it off, restart it and put it back in drive. Most people wont even know it died. But terry is right about the chip. Make sure the contacts are well prepared, I used engine degreaser to remove all the wax, and make sure the wires for the switch arent loose.
