On the right of the desk, at far right, is an AR15/M4, EoTech on the upper receiver, laser on top of the handguards, and what looks like a big barrel is the flash suppressor. It does look like an unusually large suppressor, maybe a Noveske. I can't tell what that is left of the M4, but it looks like a mag well facing us in the middle, and that mag well is way too small to be a .50. Folding stock AK variant left of the unknown.
