Doug... Need Lugnuts for Weld Wheels

Hey Doug,

I just spent more time on the phone trying to get Weld and Summit to ship the right lug nuts than I care to think about.

If your offer to sell me those lug nuts is still open, I sure would like to get them from you to see if they would work.

I have the 03 14mm lugs if that helps to narrow it down.

I went to Disc tire and asked for 14mm acorn nuts and they had them in a BIG box. If you want to meet to see if the bevel is the right angle for your rims let me know...

AARRRGGGGG, I don't think the acorn nuts are gonna get it. I need the long shank lug nuts. I bought the Weld XP draglights.

I checked discount today...no go.

Those sound like the rims JDM was running why dont you call them to see where they got thier lugnuts...

I about one bummed out guy right now. Heres the deal...Weld has the damned things, but since I ordered through Summit, Weld will not trade with me direct for the right lug nuts.

Here is where it gets real screwed up. Summit claimed they had them back ordered and the soonest I would get them would be March 13th...I told Summit that Weld had them and I would pay for special handling to get them quicker. Summit insists Weld does not have them. Now one hour before that Weld told me they did have them.

I got ****ed and told them to stick the lugs up their azzes since I thought you had the lugs I needed. Now I guess I have to call back and use a different voice and try to get my lug nuts.

I'll call JDM tommorrow and see if they have some in stock they could overnight me....damned this mess. New slicks and I can't even use them.:hammer:

Yep.....14mmx2 mag shank. It is for the Weld rims.

I got a call from Charlie this morning. He said my nuts where waiting for me at Discount in Irving. I'll be heading out there this afternoon.

LOL..........I now have my nuts in my possession. They are bigger than the old ones.:eek2:

Now that I have my bigger nuts I can get my grip alot better out of my bigger rubbers for a much better forward thrust at the green light.
