Anybody in the North Dallas area have a set of metric thread chasers I can borrow for a few days?
Thanks in advance.

I've got a cheapie Metric Tap & Die set you can borrow. I'm in So. Arlington, but work near Plano Rd & Forest Ln. If you can meet me before I head home from work, (ARO 4-5:00) you are more than welcome to use them. LMK so I know whether or not to put them in the truck in the AM.

Thanks for the offer. However, I am looking for thread chasers, not taps.

If it helps...
I bought a very complete set of thread chasers from Costco online a few months back. Don't know if they are still available?

I'm really looking at just cleaning up some thread. It's my understanding a thread chaser will do just that. A tap will cut and remove material.
Btw, I walked into sears tonight and they had a set in the store for sale. So I picked those up.
