I've got James working on chasing the gremlins down. I did replace the 65mm throttle body with a 70mm Edelbrock though.

I'm glad my old tube sock is still doing it's job on the breather- lol
Any update on this swap- curious to know how it responds.

Hey Sixpipes, how about an update on the Red Truck. Have you replaced the throttle cable yet?

Yeah, the only thread with a mechanical update these days.
Great to have lunch with you guys at Bonedaddy's the other day, thanks for buying Sixpipes, Rila represented well again.

Still had a bad surge at idle when Flatsman noticed the fuel pressure registering about 44psi at idle. Replaced aftermarket fuel regulator (right in the picture) with stock regulator. Pressure dropped to about 33psi and is significantly better at idle than before. Ordering a new throttle cable assembly as the one in the truck has always been a little sticky. James did some nice work on a few of the things I needed done (window motor on passenger side, etc...) Still need new front tires after alignment. The only thing really wrong at this point is the dreaded front-end wobble from time to time, but I think a new steering box will take care of that. Still a head turner when I go to town. :icon_mrgreen:

Good update on your truck. I didn't know that you had the Death Wobble! I will have to go over to NLOC and review what causes that. Yep, here is the info on it:
