A little Spray Goes A Long Way

Truck started missing like runnin out of gas @ cruise,made a train noise @ air filter when you revd eng and let off(changed fuel filter 4 weeks ago miss came yesterday not a fuel filter problem).Removed IAC sprayed carb cleaner and liquid wrench reinstalled.Cleaned air PFR air filter,sprayed intake mass airflow sensor in rubber boot,intake area and sensor in rubber boot @ air filter.What a difference no more missing idles like a kitten,now its time for plug change i got about 40k and 5 years since last one:icon_eek:.97k on the truck now.Cleaning these items made a big difference.Terry do you remove fuel rail when changing plugs,i dont remember when i saw you do it 5 years ago.Looks like its in the way.

No need to mess with rails, 1/4 drive 7mm wobble socket gets under them and start the bolts by hand when reinstalling.

I got em changed,no problem.Truck ran great then acted up again,this time it threw engine service light.Got 2 codes PO171 and PO174,any help appreciated.
