Hello Guys (from Missouri)

Hey Guys, Vern Jones here from Missouri. Finally got around to registering, and wanted to just check in with the Texas Gang. The MKLO Hardcore 4 is still up here - me, Dave Patterson, Donald Whitaker, and Shawn Fuss. We've kinda lost touch with a lot of people after the LightningFests and FFW's wrapped up. We still keep in touch with some of the Louisiana guys, Bobby Achor and Blake Brady. Been down there a couple of times to see them.

One reason I wanted to touch base with you guys is that I'm planning on coming down to Ft Worth June 1 for the start of the Hot Rod Power Tour. Gonna try and do the Long Haul this time, Ft Worth-to-Charlotte, NC. Any of you guys gonna be around for that?

I'll be checking the forum from time to time.

Half the poster dudes on here don't have Lightning's anymore. We seem to be more into guns and Corvettes and non-Lightning specific stuff. But its good to hear from you. Hey, good to see you still got the Gen1s! I've still got the black 93, still going to the track whenever I can. But, not KCIR since it's now gone :(

It looks like it'll be my ride for the Power Tour this year since I've put the A/C back in.

Guns are fine, have no use for Corvettes, sorry. Glad I got my AR and ammo before all the craziness started!

I'll be checking back once in a while. Be safe.

My brother and I did the first few legs of the 2011 Power Tour and had a blast. I might be up for a few legs to start out this year. Guess I need to check the route first. :icon_cool:
