Need a comittee for the Lightning Fest planning

From what I have heard Tom Liss and Alpine are making plans for this event. Anyone else want to help organise the event hotels, activity plan, TALON corral etc.. I could use help on this:tu: Alpine will have an RV there with a canopy. I think they are having a road race event at HRP in Topeka, KS. Autocross, carshow etc. Let's pull this together boys!

It seems like this was too far off when I started the roll call for this. I have not really gotten into this just yet, but better late than never. I would like to get a good count of whose all going to go so we can try to get a decent hotel and decent prices. I'm definitely in as a disorganized committed member!! Let's get this running!
