I'm planning to be out there at 6 when the gates open. Gavin will be there by 6:30 with my slicks and Helmut...Right Gavin????

They are not doing test and tune the week after that because of the NHRA lucas oil series.

It also looks like Wayne may be taking that trailer queen of his to see if he can get 2 runs in before the big boot catches him in his arse and sends him out the gate....LOL. Maybe he can pull a Terry H and convince them that his roll bar is inside his cab liner.:eek2:

Yeah, my team handles all the desktop and server support for the Irving branches of the CitiCards division. Citi has way more hi-end jobs then most people would expect. I'm not a big fan of AIM but I check the forum very frequently, so just pm me or email me @ a.quant@attbi.com.

I was feeling really lazy today and I decided not to go to work. That means I will have to work on friday. (this 4-day work week is really tough:D !) Is there a hooters between here and there. IE, oakcliff, south dallas, etc. Someone look up a hooters in between irving and ennis. perferablly as close to ennis as possible. Ron, you should come to.

I'm going to have to pass on the Hooters part. The only way to get a decent 4 passes in at Ennis is to get there when the gates open.
That way my truck has time to cool off from the drive.

Gavin won't be making it either, he has to meet me at Ennis at 600-6:30 to get my slicks and helmut to me....RIGHT GAVIN...LOL.

If you live near 75, the best way to go is straight south down 75. It turns into 45 just past Dallas. Continue down 45 until you get to Ennis. there will be a small green sign telling you to exit for the track.

I have gone both ways and the other direction added about 30 minutes to my trip.

bad news! I have an auction I have to bid on that closes at 4:45 today. so I have to get to my PC to bid on it. I couldent be at hooters until about 5:30 or 6:00. Ronald, it looks like its just you and me if Gav and Ron dont show. We can just hold off for later if you want. It looks like it will rain anyways. Well, I'm not going to drive all the way out there with the way the weather looks. That a butt-load of gas to get there and with the luck I have been having lately, it would start pouring the moment I pulled through the gate. Ronald, you should still meet us out there. Gates open at 6...racing starts at 7.

The best way to go with the least amount of turns and what not is south on 75. It will turn into 45 just south of Dallas. Keep going until you see the small green sign that says Texas motorplex and it has an arrow pointing to the exit. You make a right there, go through ennis(city) and keep going. You will see the track to your right after you get out of the city limits. If you get out that way and get lost you can call me on my cell at 214-906-2643.
