I need and old F1 tire, it should be at the wear markers or below to match the rest of the tires.:)
I picked up a roofing nail and it went thru the sidewall. Everyone in the neighborhood is getting new roofs due to the hail storm and there are nails everywhere.
I want to wait until these roofs are done before putting on new tires.
Help please.

Mark, Call the city and explain to them what's going on. See if they will do a street sweeper through your ally and surrounding streets.

I have one that has a flap on the side wall but is structurally sound. Would be perfect for temp use..
Let me know - I am in vegas till fri BUT Can make arrangements to get it out for you if needed before then.
Send me an email - not much time to check Forum this week

Mark,
Will do, picked up the nail in the L on Sat. One in the Blazer today. I'm sweeping the alley daily.

Mark,
I have a set of four used F1's with a little tread left and another two mounted on a spare set of 99 rims if you need.
Let me know.

Steve,
How much is a "little tread" on the set of 4? I just need one to get me by for a while until we all get our roofs done, but if they are above the wear indicators maybe I'll buy all 4.

Steve,
Doug is loaning me one of his old F1's to get me through for now, but I might be interested in the 4 still.

Doug,
I just wanted to say thanks for the tire. Do you want it back when I get new tires?

I had forgotten about it ... BUT since it wasnt in my back yard you must have picked it up...
Yes I would like it back - As you can see for free it is the perfect "backup" tire
PS- Did you notice the new sod ? - I am VERY proud to have green the back yard:banana:

No, I didn't notice it was dark when I picked it up.
What happens when you don't have any change, there aren't any attendants at the toll booths, so you run the tolls on GB? Ran two of them.

They'll mail you a violation notice. :D

How much? Non-moving violation, like a parking ticket?

The kid that bought my black car ran GB while doing that night racing crap. NTTA mailed me a $75 bill I told them the car was sold and they removed it from my name. I think they have dollar change machines on GB mixed in with a few attendants.

It varies, but expect something like $75, like Terry said. Time to get a TollTag - there's no monthly charge.

the "exact change only" lanes dont have cameras on them. I drive through everyday. The toll-tag lane, you need to leave the tailgate down, the cameras are above.:evil . Or in an emergency, you can straddle the lines, they wont get you either.

Or you could just pay:D
