Hmmm.. What Color should Logan's new L be??
Choices are limited by my personal taste to black or red...
Already had too many silver cars and too many white ones, so that leaves blue, black and red, but the dealer I'm dealing with doesn't have a blue one and I'm picking up my truck today or tomorrow...
So vote away and help a pal.

I say red. See how many tickets you can rack up and there aren't many reds in the North Texas area.

black is too hard to keep clean and swirl marks are too visible! IMO. Black does look nice though!

Do you really expect me to comment on the color thing? Depends on if you want to go fast or just look good.

Congrats! Glad to have you back! You don't want your SVT plate frame back do ya? :)
Good job on getting Utter to deal with you on the X-plan. Carl (the GM) normally doesn't let Lightnings go for anywhere near that price.
I got my Lightning on A-plan from Westway. A check for $27,898 and I drove off the lot.
My father is the fleet manager at Five Star Ford in NRH. Since they are not SVT-certified, we attempted to buy a Lightning from the sister store in Carrollton, Lee Jarmon Ford, and keep the sale in the same 'company'.
(rant on) We got nowhere fast with those guys. They wouldn't budge one bit, even for sister store managers! Ridiculous. ****ed off, I called in a favor and I bought it from my father's former employer, Westway Ford, on A-plan. Meanwhile, the service manager at Five Star was essentially forced to pay full price for his 02 True Blue. He didn't want to 'upset' the brass. (rant off)
Again, congratulations!

Lucky guy... It must be nice having ford employees in the family.
You're right, Utter Ford normally doesn't do plan on SVT's... But I know they've been sitting on the 4 trucks they have for at least 5 months... At that point, they're losing money, so they were pretty eager to see one of them gone.
You can keep the frame, I'll get a new one at FFW... :)

Logan - Got my 99 from Utter and paid sticker. Better call down there and tell someone NOT to drill for the front plate or you will have a big Bill Utter billboard attached to your front bumper when you pick it up.
Who did you buy it from?

Six... I'm dealing with Bill Hesters, the Fleet Manager. He's the uncle of one of my bosses at work...
...and they've already been warned not to drill my bumper and to leave the license plate bracket off. :)

I think they call it "California", but then, they're also due to drop into the ocean anytime now, so that may not be wise...
It's good to be back, can't wait to pick up the truck tomorrow. Picking it up around 5pm...
