Long story, but over the next year, we'll actually be adding 30 new IT positions to our Carrollton, TX facility - where I work.
Currently, at least 6 are listed - mainly at the managerial level, but you'll need a good business and technical acumen.
All of them are posted on Monster.
Edited:
Choose Texas - Dallas
Then for the category choose
Information Technology
Then for the keyword, type:
Mckesson

Send me your resume with the EXACT Job Reference Code and I'll get it in our intranet, but I have to associate the exact job code with your resume... and no I absolutely do not work in HR.. just helping y'all out...
Yes, it is quite rare for a company to be hiring IT positions right now (full time of course) and I know they want to start people as soon as July 10.
We're a Fortune 21 company and we've been posting double digit growth for the last three years I've been there - that's pretty rare for any company these days to even have revenue growth...

I know this guy, and yes he used to show up to all the meetings with his 01 and then his 02, before I bought it from him. If Dean is posting this information on these positions, you might just want to check it out.

Jeepers... it's a TOUGH JOB MARKET for IT people and I post about some IT jobs the company I work for is hiring and you are questioning who I am, who the company is, and if anyone knows me ?
I stated it is OffTopic: BUT... it is important for people that may have lost their jobs or know someone that has lost their job..I know a lot of people that have lost their jobs. They were the first people I told them about.
From this board, I know/met Doug, Sixpipes, 98Cobra, Crawford, 5.4 Muscle (even did brake, swaybar, and shock installs for him), Logan, Tliss, Terry and Terry, and a bunch more, all of the old guys since 2001.. :)
Nate: If you would read my email, you'd know the name of the company was Mckesson Corporation - a pharmaceutical services company. Fortune 21 company, double digit growth, the entire financial services (ap/ar) is based out of Carrollton, TX, all 55billion in annual revenue. We are growing and growing and hiring.
Also, if you read my email, you could have figured out the website (the link you requested) would be........ www.monster.com (http://www.monster.com) <--- is that so hard ? Do not apply Nate, you will not be hired.
I don't even own a Lightning anymore, but I wanted to see if I could help some people out who are looking for IT jobs....
Dean!
Former owner: 01 Lightning
Former owner: 02 Lightning, originally sold because I thought I may have been forced to move to California..but things turned around major and the Financial Services portion of McKesson HERE in Carrollton, TX will be the facility that IS expanding (and we are hiring IT positions)....

Internally it shows more job than going to www.monster.com (http://www.monster.com), but if you refine the search and choose
Texas - Dallas
Information Technology for the category
and
Mckesson for the keyword, you'll see the link above...
Hope this helps someone!!!

Whats up Deano? Its a nice thing you did posting those jobs over here. I took a look and the 5 positions listed are pretty specialized or management type positions. Looks like we wont be coworkers ;) I hope things are going good!

I weathered the storm, didn't move to California, and by reversal of fortune...CARROLLTON was chosen as the center of excellence for some departments, versus California! WOO WOO!! The other departments (more so help desk and operational) are moving to Dubuque, Iowa....
Mainly the cost of living is uhm...half that in San Francisco! :)
Doug/Anyone: Send me your resume and the exact job code you are interested in and I'll associate it to the job on our intranet. I think my email address is in my profile...
One of my friends has already received a call back! They want to start most of those jobs by July 10 ! :)
