I didn't know anyone got a spy pic of our first night on the prowl:evil The whine of an ATI D1 attracts them like flies to honey. Darren is a crazy SOB he loves top end speed. We are changing the setup currently as he is never satisfied. I like insane customers:beer:

It made 600 hp but that wasn't enough. We are taking the motor out and putting in a little more whoopass:evil. Here is a pic from today.

the car made over 600/600 RWHP/ RWTQ

No exact numbers as the belt started slipping at 4300RPM

Top speed in its form then was just at 200 (maybe a tad over)

New setup will constitute nitrous (as it is more consistent). Top speed will be well over 200 (215-220's)

You know Terry has to travel to the dark side once in awhile to help the less fortunate customer;) Maybe he will stay up late with me to install the motor like I had to....helping install that beast of a tranny he has:)

Where are my parts BTW:tongue:

He means for drag racing, which it is more consistent. Much like Wayne's 3 back to back hot laps at hallsville @12.05:beer:

Very few serious bracket racers use Nitrous. If you are running heads up thats a diff story ....

Mainly because bracket racer are not serious :)

Heads up like what...prostock, etc?

Lots of the pro's use it.

Also remember that I speak of the c5. Where the blower has not been profected just yet (lots of belt slip issues). With belt slip you will lose consistency! Also it is not so much I want to bracket race....when I say consistent I mean....works 100% of the time.

On a c5 you are lucky for a 70% (if you are making any kind of boost!) Low boost applications really don't have problems....other then low power ;)
