I think the problem has been figured out. It appears to be a hydraulic lifter problem. Looks like thye boys at Bankston and John Eagle were incorrect in diagnosing the problem as "lower end". Just goes to show that computers do not tell everything. There still appears to be a place in this world for someone who actually knows how an engine works. :rolleyes:

As far as the $1,500 I shelled out to have the car incorrectly diagnosed; lets just say I should have known better and leave it at that. :mad:

But thanks for reminding me. No, I really mean it. :p
