New records for the new motor

We'll I have about 1500 miles on the new engine and am starting to drive it a little harder. Everything is good except for the fuel economy. I filled up today and have reached a new all time low of 9.16mpg:hammer: I think I could pay for a trailer towing this fuel hog up to L fest. Oh well fuel makes power so I will accept it with a smile:)

any chance of some dyno numbers or curves up on the forum? but man that kind of gas mileage... sure its not really a Hummer?:evil

Hmm... FWIW,I have approx. 9,xxx+ miles on my '02 and I get 11.2~ with a heavy in-town foot... 15.4~ on the interstates and 70-80mph+.

And I'm so bone-stock...it hurts! minus the air-filter.:rolleyes::D

I am getting 20 in the city and 30 on the hwy.. have 1.6 60 foot time and am poised to run in the 11's... :evil
