I'm looking to go with an aftermarket mp3 setup in the L (Alpine/Kenwood/Sony etc.). I've seen those install kits for the HU with the "cubby-hole" above the HU. I don't really like that, but want to get one of these! http://www.ls1.com/forums/images/smilies/headbang.gif

I think that billet piece would really set-off the interior!

It's clonetek's setup (on f150online.com) and I've got an email out to him asking him about it.

Anyone here know of a place locally that can set me up with one of these?

Thanks,

Ronald

Ronald,
is that a TU(er UT) guy with a nervous disorder doing his thing?http://www.ls1.com/forums/images/smilies/headbang.gif...:rll:

also, I prefer the full sized head unit look myself, thats why I went with a different Ford head unit.. just my .02..

Dana,
I'm assuming your referring to UT/TU as in Univ. of TEXAS ?!? http://www.stopstart.fsnet.co.uk/smilie/bangin.gifhttp://www.stopstart.freeserve.co.uk/smilie/smiley_watchout.gifhttp://www.incredimail.com/images/splash/em2.gif

Laney showed me a smilie page and I'm "workin' it, Baby"!

You 2 going to Tom's soiree tomorrow at 3? Hope to see ya' there!

For some reason, I just don't like the look of the Double-DIN units. Besides, the option of the L billet piece looks http://www.ectona.org/Mysmilies/Smilies/lieb62.gif http://www.ectona.org/Mysmilies/Smilies/eclipsee_steering.gif!

Doug, we need to get more smilies up in here! http://www.smiliedb.de/s/sdb41418.gif

Clonetek replied a while back and said his shop/hookup in Shreveport didn't stock them anymore.

I thought it was pretty sharp and am going to stay on the look-out for a similar setup.

I'll postup if/when I find said "interior accoutrements".
