Hey guys, if you haven't patched your Windows machine TODAY, and I mean TODAY, you need to. A new security advisory has been issued, and a new patch, for a variation of the RPC vulnerability, only this one has 3 attack vectors instead of one(3 ways to exploit, instead of 1, like the last bug). Rumor is there will be a worm using this code tomorrow, because sample code of the exploit has already been posted to the web. This affects NT, 2000, XP, and 2003. (If you are running ME, you seem to be safe.)
Here's the skinny: http://www.microsoft.com/security/security_bulletins/ms03-039.asp
And you Linux guys, we've heard it all before, so muzzle it. :twitch:

Thanks for the "Heads Up", Garett :tu:
Maybe I should go back to Win95 to avoid all this crap. :rll:
Naw, I'd rather deal with a virus than 95,98 or :vomit:ME.

More information - supposedly even Microsoft employees will not be able to log on to their corporate network tomorrow if they don't have the patch installed. This is a serious as it gets!
