The girlfriend got a ticket for 61 in a 45 on Tuesday night in Lewsiville on 121. Anyone know a good attorney, that handles Lewisville cases?

I know DamonH has too, he was on deffered on three seperate speeding tickets at once because of his lawyer in Lewsiville. He doesn't drop by much but I'll send him toward the thread.

Thanks!I haven't had a ticket in Lewisville in a while, but pretty sure it's still the same process. First of all, I'd just take defensive driving first unless you've already used it. It's the cheapest and best option. If you've already used that, then just go up to the court clerk and tell them you'd like to take deferred. They use to be able to just give it to you as long as it was less then 25mph over. Worse case scenario, they tell you that you have to see the judge, THEN look into getting a lawyer. The lawyer I used to use for Lewisville screwed me, so I really don't have a recommendation as far as lawyers go.

Used to? Not sure I want to hear that story! heh. I'll tell my boy to update his server. I just mooch off him. :banana: He just rebuilt it a bit ago, so he might not have had time to perform all the updates yet. I'm having hell just getting him to point my domain name to my directory. heh
