Is it really worth the dough for a truck that's probably not gonna see a whole lot of track time (meaning with slicks)???? Some say they lose power on the dyno, but then most dealers who sell the precision industries converter says .3 to .5 in e.t. Is it good for daily all around performance or will it make it drink gas and spin tires at every stoplight???

its not realy worth it for the street. id say save you money, and most will probably gain a .1 or 2

Almost everyone in the HALO club has one, so they can't be that bad.

Gavin and I have them also. But we also run alot at the track. I believe what Gavin is saying is that if your primarily a street racer, they are not going to do enough for you to justify shelling out anywhere from 400 to 1000 bucks plus install.

yep, you cant take advantage over a stall on street tires, its hard to stall it past 1600 without a slick to help grip.

Got it.........So if you are running drag radials all the time it should help.
