I need to know what size othe than a 275/45/20 I can run on my 20x8 wheels.
I need to get a great performance street tire and the gtII POS is the only thing I can find in a size that says will work for my 03 L....What are you guys with 20's running?

20's and performance:rll: . 8's are too narrow for any wider. What you are asking cannot be done sir. You need a 9.5 to run the 295/40/20. Even those are no drag radial. Stock L wheels with the Nitto 305/45/18 555R is the closest thing to a slick you will find.:tu:

dang you Terry there you go again dissin my shiotI am just trying to answer your question man. You can't get any more rubber on a skinny looks only 8" wide wheel:hammer: Any other answer would be untrue:twitch: . David is running 20x9.5 and Kuhmo Excta 295's. But they still spin easily.

futile..
In my truck I dropped .7 tenths going to a slick. From a 13.1 to a 12.3. I bet you get a full second from those skinny 20's to slicks:d . Or a solid half second from 20's the stock wheel and drag radial:nana2

Yes I know and I plan on getting the slicks from you but I still need to drive on the street from time to time so first things first
