Tach driver?

Hey all, I need to hook up a RPM window activation switch. My question is do I need to use a tach driver modual or can I hook iy up direct? If so where? which wire? you guys useing after market tachs should know this one.

you need a module, you can get one from psp, or terry im sure could hook it up
