Deffered Adjudication in Dallas County?

Is anyone on it or just got off of it. I am finally about to get off for some stunts I pulled back in 2002 on the F4i and I just noticed my packet says that I must have this afadavitt notorized and returned no later than jan 6 2004. (the end date) I thought you didnt have to do anything, it just "expired". Do I have to drive back to the courthouse now that it has been 180 days and I havent gotten caught again? Please excuse my un-education in this matter, this is a first for me.

I always thought it just expired. Atleast all the times ive been on it here in arlington i didnt have to go back.

It has been some time since I was on it too, but the last time I had to sign and send the form back in. I sent it certified mail so I had a record of them receiving it.

Uh oh ... I better go check my stuff. I was suppose to get off D.A. for Dallas October/Novemberish and haven't looked at the thing since they gave it to me! :hammer: I'll be pissed if I was suppose to and missed it!
