Just got the mail to find my Sport Truck magazine...page 30-41 is the "2004 Sport Truck of the Year" for whatever reason, the magazine opted to use the 2004 Ford F-150 Lariat SC:vomit:
Anywho....they show the SRT 10 times as follows:
0-60: 5.37
1/4 mile : 13.12@108.29
Braking 60-0 : 138.83 feet
Slalom 62.5 mph (fastest they've ever tested:rolleyes: )
Price : $45K MSRP
Weighed in at 5080 LBS
Article goes on to say, "...Dodge has built the quickest fullsize performance pickup ever. It tops the Lightning...".
Ironically, the Nissan Titan won the 6 truck battle.
All of the trucks except the Dodge and the Chevy SSR were 4 door models.
The writer also says that the SRT, "It'd easily run a 12-second e.t. with a set of slicks, and we know of no other factory truck that'd be able to use a set of slicks right out of the box"
All For $10K more than a Lightning :rll:
