Blown PLugs all over the place

Even though I don't have this problem, reading about it really pisses me off. How can this be so out of control and Ford continues to be in denial? Has Ford completely forsaken their customers? :confused:
Everything with a 5.4 is blowing plugs like it was a sport.

I was thinking about buying an Expedition but I think I'll get a Land Cruiser instead.

Where is the class action?

Well, I was in Bankston/Frisco today for the 3K oil/fluid change - check-up and brought this issue up with the Svc. Mgr.

They were back in the Svc. Dpt. doing the oil change, etc. and he approaches me later and says they might have to CHARGE ME the hourly rates to pull the coil-packs, etc to check the plugs on my '02 L!

I was in a bit of a hurry (cousin's wedding in Tulsa tomorrow) and told him we'd discuss later.

WTH?!? :flaming:
