Redline Raceway - Caddo Mills 1/8th mile
Friday's are the bracket racing night. Racing is every Friday night through the end of the season. Link to the payout is listed below. I will call and confirm which class makes the most sense for our trucks to run in.

Texas Raceway - Kennedale 1/8th mile
Bracket Racing is every Sat. night through the end of the season. Link to the payout is listed below. I have raced here once before, and the No Electronics class seems to fit what our trucks could run.

Denton Dragway - Denton 1/8th mile
Bracket Racing is every Sat. night through the end of the season. Link to payout is listed below. No Electronics and/or the Quick 16 Footbrake class seems to fit for us.

Big Money Bracket Races are July 23rd. $1,000 for the No-E class (or $600 for less than 55 cars total)

Hallsville Dragway - Hallsville 1/4 mile

Bracket Racing is every Sat. night through the end of the season. Link to the schedule and payout is listed below. I can call to confirm, but the "Mod" class seems to fit for us.

Quick 16 Program is run about once a month, and is $600 to the winner.

Temple Academy - Little River Academy 1/4 or 1/8th mile

There is not much of a No Electronics or Street program here. They are somewhat random on when they do have larger programs and larger payouts.

[u]San Antonio Raceway - S.A. 1/4 mile

Bracket racing is on Sat. nights. Payouts are somewhat random, somewhat low, but could pay for the trip down if you did well. Once a month they have Super Street Saturday's. It's index racing (link below) and there is a possible cash price for the winner of the 10sec. and 11sec. index winner.
Midnight Madness is also once a month, and winner is usually the fastest truck at the event. No bracket racing here, just heads up.

Uhh.....I have no response for that. Ohh...yes I do.

Actually, if you talk with Rocks, I have made several efforts to talk to person(s) interested in drag racing. Only a couple of us race, and even fewer race for money. If someone on the board wants to know more about the tracks around the area and what the crowds are like, just post up. If you want to race for fun, there are plenty of tracks where there are run what you brung nights.....but you get to deal with the shitbag ricers that screw up the track. (No hate for PoorSVTman here though :tu: )
If you want to race for money, you better be committed or you are just wasting your money by buying into the No Elec. or Footbrake classes.
