FFW Florida........

I know it is still a month away, but it is also only 7 weeks....:d . Getting rooms reserved now is going to be cheepest.

I am going to the first FFW of the season and was curious if anyone else had thought about going???

Everytime I sign on to cruise TALON I get sidetracked by all the fine pictures of the eye candy at the events. I know I'll make some of the Texas events and I hope to have some old fart moments myself :cool: .

I have promised myself I will waste less time and money going to FFW races this year and waste more time and money on the boat ...THE BOAT:Bullshit !!!!!!!!!!!!! What did that boat ever do for you? NOTHING, THAT'S WHAT IT DID FOR YOU.

Now think for a minute or two about all the praise and adoration you get from taking really cool pics at the FFW events. That's it.....close your eyes and relax....now taking deep breaths....count from 10 to 1...slowly now...that's it. With each number I want yo to picture something different and relaxing about the FFW events that you liked. Slowly now....10...that's it, deep breathing. 9.....your doing fine....breathing even deeper. 8....your beginning to feel more and more relaxed as you imagine the good times you have had.....7.....your eyes are feeling heavy now as you feel the cool ocean breeze....6.....breathing ever deeper, you are now getting to 5....4.....the gentle breeze is accompanied by the swaying palm trees....3....you have settled down for a relaxing nap as your hammack sways to the same rythym as the swaying palms......2....1....you are now totally relaxed, allowing yourself to be completely and totally convinced by the voice of your favorite Talon member.
Nothing anyone says or does from this point on can convince you not to go to Florida for the first FFW event of the season. The very thought of missing the first FFW event of the season, sends you into convulsions...dry heaving and gasping for air. The only way to stop the pain is to realize that the only place you want to be is, track side at, beautiful Orlando Speedworld Dragway . No matter how hard you try...you are only able to say yes.....to Orlando Speedworld Dragway.

At the sound of my snapping fingers, you will awaken....completely refreshed and energetic. You will not remember anything that has happened to you in the past 30 minutes. You will only know that you are now feeling a tremendous desire to go to FFW Florida....................SNAP.....

That would be cool Dennis. I have not yet decided if I'm going to trailer the L down....or just throw caution to the wind and drive it there.

Keep me posted on your plans. I have not yet reserved a room. If you decide to go, maybe we could do the same Hotel.

They didn't tell me they wanted a Contractor/ Sr. Consultant with 1-3 years more exprience at my bill-rates. IT recruiters = :hammer:

Oh well, staying local/Houston is my preferred choice.

While I appreciate your enthusiasm and your praise. I am tiring of the grind. FFW is no afternoon in the hammock. Its a lot of work and a lot of money.

Really???? No kidding. But then I guess I probably already know that since I moved to Plano in 1974, and made Lake lewisville my party spot of choice.

I actually attended my first gang bang there...I was sixteen at the time. Oh yeah...and I lived in Lake Dallas for 5 years. That was during Reagans best years. Oh and then there was the time I was about to score some grade A leg off of some drunk Blonde hottie out there when I found out she was the daughter of a guy I worked with and took my dick out of her mouth and said i didn't feel right about it and all. She was 19 and I was 35 at the time.
