Not really Adam.Who wants headers in the raw like that?? By the time you send them to jet-hot or somebody you're back where you started from. Its hard to believe they don't come with some kind of coating.

Yes it will. That is the same headers(only mine are coated)and cats I have.

The mufflers are not that much more money....get the Magnaflows and an X pipe. I have been told Terry doesn't like the X pipe. There is no good reason for this. Tell him to shut up and put it on anyway:D .
