Terry,
What did you not like about the brake kit? I installed mine about six months ago and have used it at several open track events (running the "J" pads). It works great. Do you have a problem with the way the kit works or just the install. I did not like the caliper install but everything else was a piece of cake. This is probably not the best brake kit but for the money it's not bad. Sure beats the hell out of the stock binders.

JerryI belive this was the first set for a Marauder.. I do not like the untreated rotor no slots or dimples. I do not like the massive unswept area that is just heavy filler rotor material instead of aluminum hat. The clearnances are minute and the rotor may hit or break in hard cornering with spindle flex. The psudo Brembos on teh CObra R's were know for breaking when raced. Niether the caliper or the rotor are floating. Something has to give a little. They should make a nice caliper braket that uses studs like Brembo does. Using all the thin washers to space the kit was annoying. Willwood uses a cheesy little .25" bleed cock instead of a standard 7/16" found on most big brakes. It is prone to damage and premature wear being so small. I do not like the pad retention pin design. It requires more effort to change pads than a Brembo system which uses a cotter pin not a locking nut on a bolt. But for the price it serves a street purpose. This Marauder kit should not be tracked IMO. Other than that I like it:tu:
