Garage Door Openers

As some of you may know, we are in the process of building a new home. And quite frankly, its a pain in the arse. I wish we could have found one already built rather than go through the pain of having to pick everything out and watch the drawn out process of getting it finished. I have a great builder though and he is one of the few that actually keeps things moving along fairly well.

Anyway, the garage doors just got put in and I have to decide on garage door openers. I want to go with the Wayne-Dalton kind (see link below) but dont have any experience with them. Has anyone here seen or heard about them?

I think they are cool because you dont have the usual stuff all over the ceiling of the garage.. Looks much more sleek and neat.
