I bought a 93 Red with 93,000 miles on it. Great truck except for the exhaust the guy had on it. He cut the factory stuff, and welded in striaght pipe to 2-chamber flowmasters dumped at the axle. Loud and sounds like a farm truck. That will be fixed soon.

Cool!:tu: Congrats on the new truck! It is good to have another Gen I in the group. The Gen Is tend to be overlooked a lot. Good choice! Bring it out to the group pic on Feb. 22!

Very nice- BRING IT to the group pic on the 22nd.

I'm convinced that every Gen I for sale is red- or maybe it just the good ones:tu:

For the longest time, I felt like the outcast with my Gen 1. Then I get rid of it and look what happens....everyone and their mama's are getting Gen 1's

Hell, most of us with a gen 2 are looking for a great deal on a gen 1.

I saw one in this weeks Truck trader that came out last Friday...(I get that and the car trader every week like the TV guide:rll: ) and the Sport car trader once a month

All the autotrader mags make great bathroom reading material at work. :tu:

My dad has a gorgeous '93 Gen 1(RED), with 34,000 miles on it. It is one tight truck. :eek2: I usually roll it whenever we go home to visit.:nana2

I had a '94 for two and a half years. Ended up getting rid of it and getting an Impala SS. Should have kept the truck. Maybe one day I will see it around here, again.
