Any of the local guys want to meet up sometime saturday to head out to the autorama? Anytime is good but better not be to early :nono: .

Say maybe around 10-11 somewhere. If theres only a few people wanting to meet up my casa can work maybe.

Sounds good. Then i have time to eat some hot pockets before we go. I love hot pockets. Easy and fast to fix/eat.

So i guess around 12-1?

They redid the streets so the map isnt totaly correct. But my house is right behind the gas station.

Seen Sat's weather snow and sleet is 80% chance all day and friday also high in 30's:eek2:

This is Texass so i dont trust the weather till atleast the day before. The weatherchannels web site said sleet tonight/ tomorow morning but this after noon it said differently

Saturday: Rain and snow showers. Highs in the low 40s and lows in the mid 30s.

I'm still contemplating whether it's worth the risk on the slick roads. Too many fools out there that don't know what they're doing. :(

Roads look good now, just some snow in the yard. Anyone still up for going? I just called Mike (poorsvtman) and his butt is asleep.

I was on the line of asleep and awake. When i woke up at 8 and saw the snow i figured no one was going to want to go still. But i guess we can still go. I can test out how good these damn all terrain looking tires work. :throw:

It ended up being just me and PoorSvtMan. We saw Rob up there and got to see a smokey burnout contest. One of the contestants had an old Saumari gutted and had the hood held on with electrical tape. Highlight of the afternoon was the Texas Bikini Team show. We were front and center, I think Mike took a few pictures. My digital camera was messed up so I couldnt take any. Oh yea we also saw the Coors Light Twin's twins ( o Y o ).

Got a few rob, But most of the pics turned out crappy. Guess my $50 digi cam dosent like the bright florescent(sp?) lights.

Im loading the good ones i have to my gallery. There are also some t/a pics fromt the texas bikini team :tu: . To bad they were moving fast on stage and my digi wasnt keeping up with taking the pics :throw:

Pics are in my gallery. Few of robs, the burnout and some T and A.

Adam had problems with his screen on his digi the entire afternoon. Soon as we got in my truck to leave it started working :hammer:

There were a few 'cool' people in the burnout contest that ran up over the wheel stops. One guy went all the way over the wheel stops, and shot the burnout plywood section back a few feet. They tried pushing the wood back into place with his truck but no go.

I've missed the sh*t out of that guy. Hope he's doing well. 8:30am is a lil' early here, but I'm gonna try to get down there sometime tomorrow.
