Are these needed for the 2004 trucks??? Or did they fix the clunk?

They implemented a star washer - that didnt work when they installed it on mine.
You will know if you have the clunk - back out of a driveway into an alley and crank the wheel while you are doing it - if you hear a CLUNK in the front end its either this isue or your bump stops needing greased....

Need to get mine done, mine gettin worse, mine clunks when I hit the brakes going to a full stop now and also when turning sharp!:vomit:

The slot in the A arm lets the suspension slide and clunk .. THe washers fill that slot and center the bolt

Glad to see im not the only one that gets the clunk on full stops :throw:
