Search on date joined -results

Doug,
Using the advanced search members function "joined date-is after" field
did not yeild results I expected.

I put in "2004-02-17" in that field and would expect to see any new members joined 2/18/04 and 2/19/04.

Does it need more criteria than just the one field or is something not right?

Cant explain why but paste the date in the "is before " field and you get 3 results
