Happened again this time I got seven emails from one post- is this the forum software or my ISP?

I get mutiple emails at times. I think its because when i get online at work and read it sends me emails to new posts, some i havent post in for a few days.

But im also bad about deleting old emails. I just to lazy. I have about 60 some odd emails from all the forums i troll at :d
