Best place to get a o/r y and a set of mill's for our trucks? How does it help performance wise after no cats vs. high flow cats? What would you recomend cats or no cats?

You will lose some low end but if your boosting more than stock I dont think high flow cats will hurt any. Your making it breath more so it needs to exhale better. Thats my $0.02

did you ever dyno it and see the difference .
it takes the proper amount of back pressure for the s/c to work at it's maximum.i run a cross over before the mufflers and spin tech mufflers . after three exhaust systemsi like the power you get out of the spin techs for the money. jmo
