Im out on this. Ill be repacking my front wheel bearings, changing oil, checking to see how good my plugs look and to make sure there tight and might look at the drives side leaking header. But ill probly pass on the header gasket because im lazy.

So if any one needs to borrow a garage or wants to come over ill be in the garage for the most part of the morning till around noon.

Might wash and wax the L again so the paint will be slick if i run on sunday

Bring it bobby. I got enough wax. Im buying some new bonnets for my waxer when i go get my oil saturday.

If i end up washing the L ill probly be out there all day. The inside needs to be cleaned pretty bad. Theres alot of crap behind the seats

I was planning to get my dyno done mid this week and have my new tune by Sat, but don't have my LT's on yet. So, I'll prolly be down for a dyno on Sat. It may determine if I can run sunday or not.

Sayle,
You should be fine to run with the long tubes EVEN if your new tune isn't here in time. If anything the long tubes should richen her up a tad. The new tune is primarily to account for the O2 sensors being moved downstream. The truck should run JUST FINE. The "new" tune will simply enable her to run just a little better.:tu:

They do the A/F with the sniffer in the tailpipe. Located off of 121 in Lewisville:

http://www.txspeedworks.com I think....

Last dyno I did was $45 for three pulls.

Rob,
Really, long tubes will richen it up? I would think just the opposite due to increased scavenging.

I'd like to say Hello. :) This thread was posted on the NHTOC site, by a TALON member. A few Harley Truck owners including myself will try and attend this event. I'd like to meet other Ford owners, see some of your trucks and the different Mod's.

That is if you guys don't mind us coming over there. Do any of you know if we have to make an appointment or do we just show up?

That's kind of what I thought also. On mine the long tubes caused it to lean out a hair. It raised it from 11.6 to 11.8ish.

Chris,

How about you and Elliot,( and any other Harley Owners that might be interested), come out to Ennis Sunday morning and run with the Talon guys. It is bracket racing and we could sure use some more drivers.
