I run Toyo Proxy ST's on mine and they are really good and they last along time. I have almost 30k on the ones that I have onthere right now. The only bad part about them is since they are such a hard compund they slip alittle in the rain or on wet roads, Oh and thye give you alittle bit more road noise than the F1's.

My original F1-GSs gave out at 19,3xx miles. The right-front picked up a cut/slow-leak on the side-wall. I retired the remaining 3.
I'm running Toyos for the Treadwear rating #s and the mileage.
I'm happy with them so far.

My first set gave out at 13, just flat worn. Second set were gone at 23, screw in the edge of the tread, and the service writer replaced all 4 accidentally.
This set made 40k, but are almost to the wear indicators, I think I"m going for the Toyos next time.

Man, you made it to 40K on a set of F1's? I thought I was doing something special to make it to 30K. We had this thread a couple months ago and when I mentioned I got that many miles out of my first set I was basically called insane, an old lady driver, baby my truck ,etc...want call names but the past threads are incriminating to the guilty parties :D (I tried to sell a slightly used but excellent set 1/2 price)
Glad to see someone else getting wear from them. I now run 20"Goodyears
but I would use F1's again if need be, 2nd choice would be Nitto 555.

No, no, no.. :nono: you miseed it: The first set last 13k, the second set went from 13K to 23k (10K), and the last set are at 40K now (17K on 'em)
NOT very good AT ALL! :(
I've heard the Nitto's have good treatdwear, but not much more info. Anyone care to weigh in?
And what *would* be the plus-0 on that size?
