Anyone know where you can get one for less than MSRP?

When I was at the dealer last week they said Ford was holding them for some reason. They are not marked up like the other SVT's so I would not expect a lot.

Not true. They were released and the last that I have read are on hold for some emissions issue. E-bay had several 2 weeks ago on the East Coast at or below MSRP. Check Blue Oval News to determine the latest. I have not kept up.

Doug Stanley Ford in DeSoto just pulled one off of the truck yesterday morning. Sonic Blue loaded with all options. They are selling at MSRP, or it never hurts to make an offer. The mark up from invoice to MSRP is very little, you could check the figures at www.edmunds.com.
Again just a reminder my son Jon works at Stanley, if you are interested please ask for him. He and his daughter would be most appreciative for the opportunity to make this your new SVT.
Tell him his dad said to give him a call.

Base dealer invoice is $17043 incl dest, fully loaded dealer invoice is $18526
There's not much room for the dealers to play with the price much at all. The Black one I ordered with audiophile and sunroof should be up at Bill Utter. They'll do MSRP, which was 19290...

The Bang for the Buck quotient is high on this vehicle. What else can you buy for less than 20,000? There is supposed to be in the near future a Dodge Neon at 205HP. But you have a Dodge :hammer: Some guy is selling 4 SVT Focus OEM rims on e-bay for 350.00. This is like 4 for the price of 1 Lightning  With gas at 1.60 or so......expect more small cars on the road in the future. My .02. I thought about buying one but have decided to keep the L. I would like one as a second car. :D

Just got back from North Central in Richardson. They have 4 on the lot (black, blue, red and white, I think). The sales guy said he could wheel and deal a little on them, but wouldn't do squat on the Cobras. Those are $5,000 over sticker.:eek2:

Stanley still has a 03 Yellow with Black conv. top on the lot at MSRP. It's just not right when dealers add a market ajustment value to the sticker of a new car. When my 2003 Mercedes SL500 came in I paid sticker minus $1.00 (I hate paying full price).
Then, I added a market adjustment value to the car and sold it with in hours.

Ooooooooooooooooo.....black '03 convertible Cobra........
Damn, I wish I had more $$! A black Cobra next to the black Lightning in the garage sure would be sweet! That and a black '03 Harley V-Rod!

Heck, I'd be thrilled to have a SVT Focus next to the L in my garage...
So long as sixer picks up a Black one, we'll be ok... He can get a new plate for it... "RILA JR"
yeah that'd be the shiznit.

rickgig,
The post above me made reference to North Central Ford charging way over sticker on 03 Cobras. Don't worry about stepping on my toes, I have twin teenagers, I am used to being walked all over.
I did just get back from looking at the SVT Focus, that is alot of nice car for $19,000.
Oh and by the way, as a Ford shareholder I have access to a few X-plan PIN applications, anyone interested? Let me know.

Good idea...thinking of doing that with my 350Z that I pre-ordered already...haven't decided if I'm gonna keep it yet or not...due in Mid Sept or early Oct.

Drove your almost black Focus today at Bill Utter. Looks like the youngster prefers the sonic blue instead. Rila Jr would be cool or something.
