hehe.......... I have that pic for my background on my computer. They should lose the "ricer" wing and "ricer" name (GT-R) and call it a Cobra -R. Its sharp but I doubt if they would leave that race-style roll cage in it.

I think the ricer stuff is what is killing it for me.. But I pictured it without all the rice addons.. And I like it... Still dont know about the name..

It looks good. The wing has got to go, and the hood needs to be painted the same color as the rest of the car....maybe replace it with some tasteful stripes instead. Definitely lose the "GT-R" crap. Not a bad looking piece of machinery, though.

I agree, that wing would look right at home on a civic but just doesn't work on a stang.
Every manufacturer has got something with a space shuttle wing on it now. SRT-4, WRX, EVO, etc. :(

I like it except for the wing as the others have stated.

They jacked the GT-R part from the nissian skyline.
The wing dosent belong on it or a honda. Color isnt my cup of tea but. The hood dosent look bad but wouldnt hurt to be color matched

Nobody forget that the Cobra R has one hell of a wing on it too. Everyone typically likes it.

As long as the wing is functional at speed, it has a place on the car - from a physics standpoint.
Otherwise, Uncle Ben's Rice might as well be sponsoring the effort.

Coming from a certified Mustang maniac(V-8's 0nly) its pretty tuff lookin'. But yes the wing is not me so I'd change it. The paint is cool also. Now for all of you that don't know much about Mustangs .Ford is going back to the earlier years as you can see. The two tone hood is nothing new on a Mustang they were like that in the 60's & 70's on some models and even in the 80's on the '84,'85'& 86 GT's. The Mach 1's & Boss 302's come to mind in the '70's and If you know what you're looking for you can see some Shelby's in the gas cap, Cobra R in the wing & exhaust. The GT-R is not new either, you can get them at shops that sell reproduction parts for Mustangs.(Texas Mustang parts & 5.0 Restoration both in Waco) I've had them on my fenders for about 3-4 years. And it didn't come from no import. The car is a GT model and R is for Race.
Just though I'd share that since I learned some things about my L from some of you guys back in 2001 when I got it.

I'd have sex with it. The wing will give me something to grab onto.
