Busted for 77 in a 55 by LIDAR leaving TMS !

My first track event and I try to catch up to Tom while I'm shoved in behind the TMS school bus. We must've sat at that light 10 minutes after Tom took off directly in front of it. I try to catch-up and I'm nailed! :mad:

Maybe having a clean driving record, a Tx. DPS Supporter decal on the back glass, etc. got us to Hooter's with part of the race crowd and home without a night in county.
I'm thinking this is probably a bad omen for my racing "career" :hammer: :evil

I rcv'd some good advice earlier, any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Did your Valentine One go off? btw, thats why I had Terry put in the laser jammer..
sorry to hear about it.. just do defensive driving or see if they offer deferred adjudication so that you pay some but it doesnt hit your driving record..

Thanks.... I'm not running a V1 yet. I was running the old-school Cobra (all bands of radar and 360 laser) and it didn't chirp once.

I rcv'd PLENTY of signal after the fact, though.... the blue-red in the rear-view kind. :cool:
