I'm thinking of going back to a stock exhaust behind LT's and high flow cats. Everyone always states that the only reason to change the exhaust is for sound, so now I want to go the other way. Anyone ever done this? Any comments?

The KB will not like it I bet. I wold runa mild setup like I did or a dual like Rocks. Both are a lot more stretable than what you have.

L8, thanks, I'm thinking that I'll have you take off the entire Silver Bullet and sell it, and have you fab up a custom?
Let me know what you think.

Catch Ron sometime and listen to his setup. Mike has the LT's with the mild muffler if you want to hear it as well.

That statement only applies to mildly to moderately modded trucks.....That would not be youknana . An eleven second truck needs the improved air flow to go with his set up.
Is your exhaust too loud??? Mine is more of a moderate sound.....it gives a different meaning to..."Silent but Deadly"...LOL.
It has the Magnaflow High Flow Cats...one each side...no preheaters. Dual Magnaflow mufflers...(Terry Could tell ya the model numbers). X pipe and perty tips....It only seems really abnoxious when getting in the "go peddle" at WOT. I have also noticed it is annoying when trying to sleep in the passenger seat.
Rocks:cool:

Yeah, it's too loud, I have the Magnaflow high flow cats also, and magnaflow mufflers, and x-pipe. My "mufflers" are just 4" bullets though. I'll check out your truck at the next meeting.
