(i finally got my car back on the street this weekend...hopefully runnin high 6's in a couple of weeks...(1/8th mile of course)

they pop out real easy. Had mine out a few times. There is a tab at the end of the pieces that slides in, so dont try to pull the end out, just the front.

The front pulls up about an inch then slide it forward and out.
