I ran both Spybot and Adaware several times along with restarting. Still the same 4-5 keep coming back. This one TSCash says the file location. I went to delete the file and it said in use memory cannot delete. How can I get rid of the SuperPopups:hammer:

Make sure that the home page for your browser is something simple like yahoo or google ....
Did you update BOTH spybot and adaware before running them ?

And I still can't get all my Outlook emails to download locally (created all the folders, etc. - I've done it before on this PC, so I know it can be done.) with 7 Gb of hd space.
And Microsoft/XP is wanting me to re-register. WTH? I bought 1 copy each for mine and Elaines PCs - straight from Circuit City.

The homepage has switched unsassited to MSN a few times. I use the blank page setting myself. I noticed there were a lot of the similiar cookies in cookies nad temp files.

I sent you links to pages that explained how to use Hotmail with outlook express.... Hotmail is NOT pop3 mail so you CANT "POP" the mail off the server - I was able to move the mail from my hotmail account to a local folder at one point. Cant remember exactly how - but I bet i just read one o fthe pages I sent you and followed the directions...

Doug,
I've been down this road before and know Hotmail is HTTP and I've setup all my local folders.
Laney and I have been all over this as has an IT consultant friend on my PC "cussing and discussing".
We'll ALL figure it out.
Thanks...
