Hey guys, I believe my son (Jon Jr.) is planning on going to Ennis tonight with his 03 Sonic Blue Cobra. Should you see him, remind him his mother said NO RACING tonight (she feels he needs to break in the motor a little longer).

Just back from Ennis, if your son has the new Blue cobra that has about 3,000 miles and he flew to detroit to pick it up, I talked quite a bit to he and his friend as we were staged next to each other.
If we are talking about the same person, he dyno'd stock at 360 to the rear wheels at Speedworks.
The humidity was high tonight and tracktion was somewhat hard for him to find.
If memory serves me corectly and we are talking about the same person, he was in the high 13's
Even with slicks and mods, my best pull was a 13.2 and it made it more difficult than usuall as there was an instant green and perfect RT was .000
I did manage to pull an amazing .040 RT on one run and changed the pressure in the slicks from 22 to 30 but broke the wheels loose between the 1st and 2nd gear for a 2.295 60 foot (best 60 was still chitty at 1.935) and a chitty 9.126 1/8 time.
If we are talking about the same guy, he was very nice and will likely remember me as I showed him the digital gauge trick to see his temp, gas, and tach.
I also met a very nice guy from (San Antonio) area? named Chris in a red 2001 that gave me an excellent run for my money with .1 time differences...he pulled every time from the 1/8 on as he has 3:73.

no its not my car. and it doesnt have any stickers on it. The Audi is my buddys car and the camaro belongs to his neighbor. I'm getting a Lightning next month and was wondering what the going price was. I know they cost 32k new but what can i shoot for? and whats a good dealer. I live in grand prairie
