View Full Version : Who all is going to LightningFest???

Just wondering...its creeping up on us. Wanted to see who all from the TALON club was going. I will be going, not sure if I will race or not, will enter in the show though for sure. I haven't registered yet, but will soon.

Yeah, last year was fun, but this year is suppose to be a lot bigger.

Last year, you could either race or show...this year you can do both. Plus they are adding in a True Street program. Its a 3 day event this year, last year was a 2 day. They are still doing the road course this year. More vendors are scheduled to attend. Last year was REM, LFP, and JDM. This year they will be back plus PSP, Gregg Evans, etc. etc. is coming.

what's up man? Glad to see you back on the boards from time to time. I don't know if I will make it this year since I had to make a couple unplanned emergency trips out of state. It don't take long to use up all your vacation time. Plus it won't be the same competing with you in the show without your "BLUE FLAME". At least we won trophies last year. If I do get to go I'll have to skip pre-registering and pay at the gate. I'd hate to pre-pay and not get to go :mad: Your dad going to let to play with the rolling palace this year?

Hope you still try to make it though. We won't be competing against each other this year, but we didn't last year either....I was in the super modified. But we can still BS this year if you come up. And you can both race and show if you like.

Sorry I missed calling you for Sunday, I don't check e-mail on Sat. and Sunday usually. My Sunday schedule is get up, go to church, eat lunch, watch NASCAR, take a nap, get up and drink a few beers late evening, eat again, go to bed.LOL I will call you this evening though.

I have been debating it with myself about that. I guess I will double-check with pops to see if he is going off anywhere in it that weekend. I probably will take it if he isn't going anywhere.

Fuk'n sweet. That was a absolute blast last year. Maybe this year we can stick Steve's TALON banner on the side of that bad boy for the attendees to see.

Doug....we should take shirts and photos to sell while we're there as well. We can set up a little tent and a table. It'll be sweet :D .

But I will be there to represent the Harleys!

I've got a reservation at the one with reserved fenced-off parking. I think that's the Holiday Inn.

O-Kay..., I guess you bought JD's truck? I just know he sold it, don't know to who,or where. Glad to meet you ,now come on join us ,just got to remember people are going to tie that truck and other trucks that have changed ownership to the person that had it. Same with Terry's, Rob, Wayne,Scott,Henry .....just give me a chance to get use to it ;)
