There's a Go_Rilla loose !

Elaine and I were at the Prairie House Restaurant (Crossroads) this afternoon and we saw this lowered black L with Neepers cruising through the parking lot. :nana2

I told Elaine "It's Dennis" seeing the Talon/Swanson decals on the back, but it was some kid (Junior) with a hat/shades peeling out and headed south.

The S/C sounded pretty good! :cool:

Yeah, the #1 son attended a party at Lake Tawakoni this weekend so I let him take Go_rila on a little outing. I understand the tires need to be warmed up from time to time just to keep all the road debris off of them (that's just what I heard). Said there was an accident at 380 by The Prairie House so I guess that why you saw him going through the parking lot. :cool:

Rob called me today and said that Go-rila was reportedly seen trying to pick a fight with a Mustang GT on Sunday afternoon near Denton. The guy in the Mustang was an off-duty Highway Patrol. :cool:

Go_rila will be coming out of semi-retirement for Lightningfest and maybe a TMCC race or two. I would like to get a sub-12 run at Hallsville this fall so maybe a few tweeks on the tune and supercharger before the attempt, but I'm basically done with performance stuff. Next is a paint job and some additional cosmetic stuff, but probably not til next year. :cool:
