Kirk you use the img tags - http://kirkmears.com/ping2low.jpg

http://kirkmears.com/ping2low.jpg remove the spaces

I dont think that registered users can upload avatars - I think you can use one of the stock ones though

HTML is off for EVERYONE - Its too dangerous on active pages

Use the [img] code which is ON
