Just called Payton Right ford to order a set of lugs but they said they have tried to put the 00's on a 99 and they don't center. So I will need 99's with lugs. Not sure if this is true said they changed to 14mm late in 00.

You dont need new lugs and yes the 99-00 L's are the same wheels. I have had Steves '99 wheels on my '00 at the track with no issues. Keep your lugs, you just need two '99-'00 wheels.

The 99 and 00 wheels have different size lug holes, the 00 having slightly larger holes. The 00 wheels will work on a 99, as evidenced by the fact that the wheels on your truck Tyson, are 00 wheels. The wheels are what is known as "HUB-CENTRIC", the pilot hole fits very closely to the hub and carries the weight of the truck and the lugs merely secure the wheels to the hub. You just need to make sure and torque the lugs properly to avoid having them slip on the studs.:tu:
