It's funny/odd... it had just started a very light sprinkle in Tulsa/Broken Arrow this morning as Elaine and I were walking from the funeral home across the parking lot and grounds to her Grand-Dad's burial plot.

We are all walking through the parking lot and I saw a familiar shape out of the corner of my eye, I stopped and looked to my left. It's a Red '99 L. knana

Turns out, one of Elaine's distant male relatives owns it and we chatted a bit about our Ls. Two Red Ls in the family!

It started to rain as we (pall-bearers) were taking Elaine's Grand-Dad out of the hearse and taking him graveside.:(

The rain was solid all the way back to Frisco. Glad we weren't in the L. :cool:

We had heavy rain, thunder and lightning here ALL night. I thought it was pretty nice.
My lawn is grateful.

Wieners.. flooded streets are a regular occurence in Houston... :d

I'm damned glad we're getting the rain, to be honest: it's cooling the summer down, and saving me irrigation and pool water expenses. :beer:

Now to get some decent tires so I don't hydroplane all over creation... :nono:

We had even MORE rain last night. Looks like I may get out of some honeydoos this weekend.
