94 Gen 1 available with S/C ?

I had someone at a auto body shop ask if I was interested in a Gen 1 with an S/C. I did'nt think the Gen 1's came with an S/C, he claimed it was an option at that time.

Can anyone confirm?

If so this might be a rare find.

Nope, not a factory option. I guess the dealer could've added it prior but not likely.

Tommy Vaughan Ford in Houston installed Vortechs on Gen 1's as a dealer installed option but that had nothing to do with Ford Motor Co.

I installed an 8psi Vortech on my '94. The truck ran really well for what it was... went from 15.2 @ 88mph stock to 13.2 @ 103mph with just the blower, some FMS shorty headers, and a MAF conversion.

If it was done right, it might be a really cool truck.
